My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The beautiful beach and clean pools were definitely highlights, and I enjoyed the food more than I expected. However, the management needs a serious overhaul; I faced issues with room allocation and service that put a damper on my experience. Overall, this is a great spot for budget travelers, but don't expect luxury.

The initial check-in was frustrating, as I had to wait an hour after the official time to get my room, which ended up being in poor condition. My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The location is decent, right on the beach, but the service was highly disorganized and the dining options were underwhelming. Though the room I eventually received was spacious and modern, I had numerous issues with my stays, particularly with the air conditioning and cleanliness. Despite some bright spots with friendly staff at times, the overall experience left much to be desired.
